Our Approach
Nourish Sol utilizes feminine-centered yoga, mindfulness practices, and somatic movement to support the release of trauma stored in the body and cultivate harmony in the mind, body, and spirit.
Offerings
Rooted in Hatha yoga, whilst combining intuitive fluid movements that nurture and restore the mind, body and spirit. Can include physical postures (asanas), breathwork, and meditation. Contact Khetasar to book a group class, 1-1, or event.
Release trauma stored in your body whilst activating your feminine power through mindful movement meditations and dance. Emphasis on cyclical movements, breath, sensuality, and free expression!
Sacred experiences facilitating connection and healing through yoga, journal prompts, open dialogue, and more. Light refreshments provided.
