Nourish Sol combines Hatha Yoga with mindful movement practices to cultivate harmony in the mind, body, and spirit. Experience the healing power of movement with yoga asanas, movement meditations, and somatic dance.

Rooted in Hatha yoga, whilst combining intuitive fluid movements that nurture and restore the mind, body and spirit. Can include physical postures (asanas), breathwork, and meditation. Contact Khetasar to book a group class, 1-1, or event.
